Stralustro is a pure Catarratto that accurately interprets the identity of the Camporeale terroir.

From organic vineyards located at approximately 450 meters above sea level, on deep and tenacious clay soils, comes a white wine that combines agronomic rigor and winemaking sensitivity. Manual harvesting at first light and careful vinification at low temperatures preserve the aromatic integrity of the fruit, enhancing the expressive finesse of the grape variety.

In the glass, it presents an elegant and dynamic profile, where exotic fruit, medicinal herbs, and balsamic notes intertwine with a pronounced minerality, a direct expression of its terroir.
