After destemming, the grapes ferment with carefully selected indigenous Sicilian varieties; subsequent aging in concrete vats ensures freshness and aging potential. Garnet red in color, Terre di Gratia’s 170 is surprising for its kaleidoscopic aromas, along with spicy notes and aromas of licorice and rhubarb.
