Ventisette

A limited edition of this pure Catarratto, grown in a small vineyard (about one hectare) in the heart of the Belice Valley, on clay-loam soils that lend complexity and structure. It ages in stainless steel with native Sicilian yeasts, at a controlled temperature for four months.
Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, Terre di Gratia’s 27 expresses intense notes of wildflowers and ripe white fruit on the nose, refreshed by herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is savory and mineral with a fresh and persistent finish.
