Recent architectural restoration work at the Baglio di Sirignano has given rise to the Agriturismo Sirignano Wine Resort, a hospitality facility with eleven independent rooms located in the ancient farmhouses adjacent to the Baglio. The Sirignano Wine Resort also features a restaurant (open by reservation), a clubhouse, a tasting room, a panoramic infinity pool, a wine shop selling the estate’s products, and a Wine and Agriculture Museum. A rich and varied offering, it allows wine lovers and travelers, constantly seeking out Sicilian specialties, to enjoy a unique, tailor-made travel experience, discovering the historical, cultural, and scenic beauty of the Monreale DOC Wine Route.
Guided Tours and Tastings
The visit to Tenuta Marchesi de Gregorio includes the option of four different tasting sessions (available by reservation only) with prices ranging from €25 to €60. The wine experience begins with a pleasant stroll through the vineyards and continues in the cellar, where the family’s winemaking history and production processes are recounted. Guided tastings of some historic labels are paired with local specialties or lunch at the property’s restaurant. During the summer, lunch or dinner can also be combined with a visit to the enchanting panoramic pool.
To enhance the food and wine offerings, guests can also take a traditional Sicilian cooking class and enjoy a typical Sicilian stay at the agriturismo, in one of the eleven rooms located in the old farmhouses adjacent to the Baglio: an ideal wine resort for anyone looking for a pleasant holiday filled with good food, fine wine, and relaxation.
